数ヶ月前に雑誌で面白い記事を読みました。それは童謡の『どんぐりころころ』を歌いながら洗顔するとお肌がきれいになる 、というものでした。元手がほとんどかからず（かかっても数百円）、実害もなさそうだったので（お手入れ方を間違えるとお肌によくないと思うので）試してみました。物凄く大きな変化があったというわけではありませんが^_^;、結構良い感じなのでご紹介します。

 

 

用意するものは泡立てネットのみです。

 

 

泡立てネットは百円ショップでも買えますが、少々小さいので、手に入るのであればもう少し大きめのネットの方が良いと思います。 

 

やり方は、まず泡立てネットを使って洗顔料を十分に泡立て、その泡を顔に乗せ、童謡の『どんぐりころころ』をゆっくりと2番まで歌いながら顔をマッサージし、洗い流す。これだけです！

 

『どんぐりころころ』の2番の歌詞が分からない方は、1番を繰り返してください。

 

そんな簡単なこと、と思うなかれ。意外と皆さん、どんぐりころころを2番まで歌うほど時間を掛けて洗顔なさっていないのではないかと思います  。

 

 

そしてもう一つ大事なことが。それは洗いながら自分のなりたい肌をイメージすることです。例えば、つやのある肌、色白な肌、きめの細かい肌、滑らかな肌、等々色々あると思います。

Several months ago, I read an interesting article in a magazine. It says washing your face with a children’s song, “Donguri Koro Koro”, makes your skin beautiful. I tried this method because it cost little money and it didn’t seem to damage my skin. Although it hasn’t drastically made my skin more beautiful, I have maintained good skin over the last several months probably because of it, so I’ll show you this method.

 

 

 

What you should prepare is only a net to lather.

 

You can get the nets at 100-yen shops, but they are a little bit small to make lather. If possible, please use larger nets.

 

Here’s the procedure: 

   1. Lather up really well with the net.

   2. Put the lather on your face.

   3.Massage your face slowly singing Donguri Koro Koro

       to the words of the second verses.

 

That’s it!

 

If you don’t know the second song, please repeat the first song.

 

 

 

Don’t think it’s that easy. I don’t think many people take time to sing Donguri Koro Koro to the second words when they wash their faces .

 

 

One more important thing is to imagine your ideal skin when you massage your face. For example, bright complexion, fair skin, fine-textured skin, smooth skin, etc.
